Clean, spacious, close proximity to the homestead! Worked great for a couple of families with young kids in town for a wedding at the homestead. Love that all bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom. Thanks again!

We loved our stay, the place was perfect for two couples and was generously stocked with basic cooking supplies and everything we needed throughout. The cocktail shaker and glassware was a nice touch! Place is even nicer than described and we enjoyed the amenities in the Old Dairy Farm across the road as well as a swim in the warm springs. Recommend checking out the Old Waterwheel restaurant as well, all within walking distance. Host was very responsive!

This is an amazing place to stay! So close to area attractions but also very private. The views of the valleys are unbelievable! This is really a unique and amazing place for gathering with friends and/or family. 5-stars!

This place was so cute and in an amazing location! Beautiful quiet spot right next to the warm springs pools! The space was very clean and well stocked with everything we need! We really enjoyed our stay and will absolutely be back!

My partner and I had such a lovely trip to this spot over Easter weekend! The house was absolutely gorgeous and looked even better than the pictures (hard to imagine!). We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We especially loved sitting out on the deck in the mornings and evenings after our hot springs and kayak adventures—it was the perfect way to unwind. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, including plenty of pans for all our cooking. A truly wonderful place! We'd love to come back again.

A beautiful, spacious home, perfect for our large family reunion! Lots of room to gather or to have one's own space. We especially enjoyed the bonfire, the front porch, and the big, open yard area--perfect for the toddlers and almost 5 yr olds to play. The setting is idyllic with easy access to the Homestead, a cidery, the Dairy (lunch & coffee spot) and mostly, the beauty of Bath County. Highly recommend and hope to be back!

Our family group of seven adults had a lovely time. The house is great and we loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The house is beautiful, nicely furnished and well maintained. Well equipped and spacious kitchen for a group with lots going on. The house management was very responsive after we asked a couple of questions. Very on top of things!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this charming cottage. Loved the location - away from the road, amenities on site, wonderful climb behind the home and beautiful mountain views. Helpful staff and very well-maintained.

Stunning! We were looking for a beautiful oasis for a relaxing girls’ spa weekend, and this was the perfect setting. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. The property is gorgeous, and we wished we could have stayed longer.

This was such a perfect spot for a group of colleagues to gather and enjoy the Omni Homestead…this place gave us more space to all be together for our stay…the views were beautiful and it felt very private! Loved that we were able to enjoy both the indoor and outdoor fireplaces!!
