We had a wonderful stay here. The views are spectacular! The house was clean and as described. Location was great as well. Close to everything we wanted to do. It was just what we wanted and needed for a girls weekend away!

Our stay at Amy’s was wonderful. We were there in early November, just past peak foliage, and we were close to great hiking, the Baths, the Homestead, and all the shops and restaurants on the main street. The main downstairs living space is generously sized. The kitchen was very clean and had everything we needed to put together some basic dinners with what we packed. We did yoga in the open space downstairs and a puzzle at the dining room table one night. The living room was cozy (though we wished it had a couple more blankets!). Upstairs, I was delighted to realize each bedroom has its own bathroom, in addition to the full bath downstairs. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, linens, etc. We didn’t really use the outdoor space because we soaked at the Baths two nights and had wet hair 😂 but the space was beautiful. Our check in and check out were both easy. Our main reflection was that we should have stayed another day!

Amy & All belong Co. listing was a spectacular stay. Madison Cottage is comfortable, bright, & modern. If you're looking for a place to stay that's close proximity to the springs, I highly recommend. Will definitely be my yearly rental for future visits!

Our stay at Amy's place was absolutely perfect and will definitely be back! Immaculate house, comfortable beds, perfect location, great access to the sauna at the barn down the street and we soaked every day in the pools across the street! Had a lovely fire in the fireplace each night.

One of the best places we have stayed at in Warm Springs. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. House was very clean and had everything you need for a short stay. We will definitely be back.

This home was everything we could have wanted in a rental in Hot Springs. It was everything we wanted in a rental! Amy and Stacey were great hosts. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in such a wonderful area with so much to do!! Highly recommend!!

Amy and her team were excellent hosts — friendly, timely, and responsive. The property was also gorgeous! Our group of 7 really loved that we each had our own bedrooms with king-sized beds and own bathrooms! Each bedroom was spacious and well-appointed. The main level parlors, dining areas, and kitchen were also the perfect size, and the front porch was stunning and peaceful. We really enjoyed how close it was to the Homestead and Water Wheel restaurant. We can’t recommend this property enough!

This is the third time we have stayed at this exceptional home. It is in pristine condition and is warm and inviting too. Our whole family loves to be together there and the grandchildren call it the “foggy” house. One day at sunset, we saw a black bear and the next evening a herd of deer. We look forward to our next visit.

Picture the most amazing sunset you’ve ever seen and then repeat it seven days in a row (weather permitting). That’s what you get here. Along with a well-equipped kitchen (we cooked every night), high quality linens and towels, comfortable beds and extremely clean throughout. Pictures don’t do justice to the views shown online. Quiet, peaceful, tranquil setting. We recommend horseback riding at Let’s Ride Horses, LLC followed by a relaxing soak in the local Warm Springs Pools. We’ll be back!
