Excellent house in a beautiful location. This huge old farmhouse has so much charm and character, with plenty of space for everyone. The setting is peaceful and scenic, and the home was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a special place to stay.

We had a wonderful time at Amy's place! The perfect retreat for four women wanting to frequent the Omni Homestead. It even snowed while we were there, which made the cozy living room with the fireplace even better. An amazing experience all around!

This place was perfect for a large group of friends with small kids! The bedrooms and bathrooms were well apportioned and provided everyone with their own space, and we were also able to let the kids play and enjoy the yard and communal spaces. The kitchen and dining spaces had everything we needed for making family style meals. We found the heat could be uneven throughout the house (combination of central heat in some rooms and mini splits in others), so would recommend packing cozy clothes if staying in the winter. Overall very beautiful and charming property and great hosts, would definitely stay again!

We just completed an amazing family vacation at the “Mountain Views from Every Room” property. The house is pristine and really tastefully decorated, the perfect getaway for a larger family gathering. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, the dining and living rooms are beautiful. Stacy was a terrific host and responded quickly to every communication. There are plenty of family activities available either at the Old Dairy or at the Homestead. Don’t hesitate to rent this property!

Gorgeous house and grounds! We gathered with extended family for a week at Christmas and had a wonderful time. Incredibly spacious and private rooms, excellent linens and towels, well-stocked kitchen, beautiful outdoor gathering spots. The hosts could not have been more helpful or responsive! They even decorated the house for us for the holiday without us even asking. Perfect vacation in lovely home!

Awesome property! Within walking distance to the Warm Springs Pools. Cottage was modern, clean, and inviting. They had the porch lights and some interior lights on when we arrived which was a nice touch since we arrived after midnight. It was even decorated for Christmas. Hosts were super responsive. Instructions were clear and check-in/checkout was easy and flexible. Highly recommend!

The house itself is beautiful and the location near Warm Springs was perfect. We all enjoyed the big tub for a soak and the kitchen had the essentials for cooking up dinner.

This well-maintained log cabin was built and tastefully decorated in historic charm along with modern conveniences. Though the house sits on a fairly busy street for Warm Springs, the thick walls keep it quiet. All the beds were lovely and comfy with bundles of extra quilts/blankets. The floor heaters power out the heat robustly with barely a touch, each heater having its own controls. Both bathrooms are nicely spacious, with seating provided. Kleenex provided--how nice! We enjoyed the seating/furniture on the screened porch. The large, well-designed fireplace gave magnificent heat and all the rooms had multiple sources of low lighting. The day we arrived, one of the thermostats went out and the rental manager, Stacy, went above and beyond with thoughtful, kind-hearted efforts in taking care of us. The driveway has a very sharp incline; we had our four wheel drive truck and it did just fine. But my Tesla would not have made it. Only one small closet, few hangers, but plenty of drawers.

What a great Thanksgiving break in Hot Springs! The house was just as described. Even better, we came up the long driveway to it fully decorated for Christmas! The inside had a beautifully decorated tree and little decorations throughout the house. Even the bear had a Santa hat on. It made the house so cozy. The house had everything we needed and ample room to spread out. The downstairs was perfect for the kids to watch TV and play games. The view was absolutely breathtaking. It is set up off the road by itself and the kids loved playing outside by the pond even with temperatures in the 30's! The kitchen had everything stocked and they even provided us a turkey roaster pan (even though we didn't use it and went to the Omni Homestead for Thanksgiving dinner). They thought of everything - you will not be disappointed.
